Had thought I might participate in NaNoWriMo next month, but I believe that's not going to happen. In the grand scheme of daily life, writing takes last place (over my day job, editing, family and relaxing -- not in that order, by the way), especially since I'm not under contract and have no real deadlines. That's okay -- for today -- but I'm itching to write and/or finish something.
