Moving Right Along

{I've been watching The Muppet Movie -- the first movie I ever saw in a theater -- with my toddler because he loves the Muppets and we've exhausted our public library's collection of Sesame Street videos. Needless to say, I'll be singing the soundtrack for weeks.}

I am moving right along in my paranormal. Almost 4,500 words; and my characters are suprising me which always makes the journey a little more exciting.

And Gena, I did enjoy Grave Sight by Charlaine Harris. Harper Connelly, the main character, is quite different from Sookie Stackhouse, but if you keep that in mind, I'm sure you'll like it too. I don't want to spoil the book, but Grave Sight is more of a straight-up mystery (in my opinion) whereas Sookie's books have that tinge of romance and the question of who is better for Sookie: Eric or Bill or any of the other not-completely-human males Sookie encounters (I'm leaning toward Eric myself).

By the way, Ms. Harris will be a guest blogger at Out of the Blogosphere in March so I'm trying to contain my fangirl squeals.
